The foam of our Hoopomania Hula Hoop is hard wearing, but must be soft enough to not hurt on skin, belly, hips and bones.
The natural enemy of all Hoopomania sports equipment with foam coverings are tables, chairs, edges, chests or other objects, away from the body. Our sports equipment is not designed to collide with these objects. Therefore, cracks in the foam, which can only be caused by these collisions, are not covered a warranty claim.
Cracks in the foam are only cosmetic and do not hinder the use of the product.
